The air-waves ( and for that matter everything else held PUBLICLY ) are yours, no Gov't has the inherent right to silence your voice, not even the United States Gov't with it's laws designed to censor in the name of the almighty advertising dollar.

After all, the "Gov't" is just made up of individuals, people no different than you and I. They inherently have no rights over you aside from those YOU GRANT THEM.

You, the citizen, are the PERMANENT RULING CLASS. The politicians come and go, only to be elected in carrying out YOUR will.
