Fast, easy, accurate, professional proposals in minutes
Generates complex proposal based on analyzing the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) over a term (typically 5 years), including factors such as power usage, supplies, depreciation and other factors as determined by the user. Creates a complete proposal in RTF format that includes numerous tables, an opening letter, product data, and assumptions/terms/conditions. The finished proposal appears in the user's word processor for further (optional) customizing and printing. Additional capabilities may be added, including interface with contact management applications, capture customer's requirements, create customized product promo literature and so on.
