Today there exists a battle between left-wing, right wing, atheist, conservative, liberal, any Government and all religious groups for possession of the human mind.

The air-waves ( and for that matter everything else held PUBLICLY ) are yours, no Gov't has the inherent right to silence your voice, not even the United States Gov't with it's laws designed to censor in the name of fear. After all, the "Gov't" is just made up of individuals, people no different than you and I. They inherently have no rights over you aside from those YOU GRANT THEM. You, the citizen, are the PERMANENT RULING CLASS. The politicians come and go, only to be elected in carrying out YOUR will. YOU are the Government because you've agreed to be by means of the Constitution.

Remember it begins with "We The People".

In theory and outlined within the U.S. Constitution (Art.4, sec. 4) the States are a republican form of Gov't, so why not have the States repeal the income tax [and related amendments] as an "Act of Congress". After all both houses are, again in theory, existing to represent the Will of the People.

Why do you grant both the Houses the power to tax you as they do today? Congress has the right to levy taxes yet Congress is YOU, the representatives and Senators are placeholders for your Will. Sorry to say, this present Gov't has become so corrupt that the oppressive laws it has established must be repealed for it has lost sight of the ideals of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness which emanated from the minds that created the Constitution.

“Does Congress Represent You? I bet you thought a congress person represented you. Wrong. It/he/she/ represents their political party. Whatever the party leadership says, that's how congress members vote. If you don't do as the party says, look for your party to run an opponent against you in your next primary election.”
(Charles Tolleson)

It's all right for people to have a right, but if they don't have the capability, the right is meaningless. So what good is it to say you have a right if your not allowed to exercise it because force is being used against you in your exercising of it.
